REFUNDS

At the English Teacup Shop we sell  vintage teacups , teapots and chaina.

When you buy a vintage item it is a used item and nearly all of our items will at least show light wear, this would include a slight "scuff" on the back of a plate, gold gilt that might show wear, a manufacture's bubble in the glaze, and there may be utensil scratches on plates.  We will do our best to describe the items as best as we can and accurately photograph any major flaws that we see.   We will report chips, cracks or crazing and deep scratches that we find, or any obvious issues. Otherwise, just consider that the piece will have some wear because it is used.  We are trying to find good homes for the teacups as is reflected in our prices, which are pretty reasonable. 

Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, our items are sold as is. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.  

We take extra care  to make sure your purchases are well-packed for safe arrival, and are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. 


SHIPPING Inside UNITED STATES

All items sent within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  We use calculated shipping.  You will be able to track and be reimbursed by the US Postal Service for anything under $100.  If more than $100, you will need to pay for insurance. You will need to contact the US Postal service if your package is lost or it comes broken in the mail.


Shipping TO CANADA

Shipping to Canada is via USPS First Class International Package up to 4 pounds and then USPS International Priority. This does not included tracking or insurance.  It may take a week or two (or longer)  to get to you.  Because there is no tracking, we cannot help you if it is lost and cannot refund your money. We pack as securely as we can and cannot refund your money if it arrives broken.
